ROWAN PARKER
Throughout his incredible journey in the building industry where he first began his apprenticeship with the Master Builder Association in 2001 at the prime age of 16, Rowan has learnt many of things from lots of influencing people that have helped shape him into the not only the builder and business owner he is today, but also the person he is today.
Rowan now stands proud as his nationally award-winning business continues to grow and blossom due to the hard work and dedication he has invested into his passion for his work.
Local novocastrian and heavily involved with our community, Rowan takes personal interest and involvement in every home built by Coastline Builders and Designers. It is vital that our clients receive a premium service defined by creative and award-winning design.
Rowan’s passion for architecture, design and building, followed by his close attention to detail and hard-working attitude are some of the key factors to what has brought him to where he is today. A born leader and fantastic mentor for his team, Rowan himself takes the time and patience to train his staff first hand so they get it right the first time.
Rowan understands what it takes to deliver a luxury home that exceeds expectations, and he has built a team dedicated to making that process controlled, efficient, and enjoyable for every client we build for.
