Our Process

Get In Touch

You, the client gets in touch with our team and we send our “Client Enquiry Form” along with other helpful documents that will help educate you on how the building process works. By completing this form and sending it back to our team of professionals along with any necessary plans or documentation you have obtained, we can then carry out a detailed examination of your project. Depending on what stage you are up to when you get in touch with our team will determine what happens next.

 

We Review

Depending on what stage you are at with your preliminary items, if you already have a set of architectural plans or any other plans or relevant documents, our director will carry out a full analysis of those plans and construction documentation and get back in contact with you to discuss the project further. If you are at the very beginning and have nothing but a rough idea of what you want then we can organise the next step for you with sorting plans, engineering, approval and more.


Site Visit

This is where a site visit is needed so we can firstly meet you in person. In this meeting we will discuss the details of your project and the process of what is needed from this meeting - through to starting the project, required timeframes, constraints (if applicable), budget and assess the environment. 


Consult

Consult with our relevant professionals and develop construction documents as required; An Architect, Engineer, Interior Designer and Certifier will be consulted at this time.


Estimation

Budget and project feasibility; this includes organising estimation costings for the “project total” so you can work out your actual build cost.


Quote

Begin the quoting process: 
• Contact relevant trades & material suppliers for their pricing, negotiating accordingly.
• Develop timeline of events to understand project duration.
• Quantify expected hours on job, labour costs and assess insurance requirements.
• Provide a fully detailed Building Proposal.
• Refine the inclusions and exclusions to ensure the end product matches your vision and budget.


Contract

On acceptance of our detailed quotation we will produce you with a Master Builders Association approved project contract to be signed by all parties involved. 


Scope

Provide comprehensive construction details; this will include a project price, detailed scope, scheduled start date, timeline of events and progress payment schedule.


Start Build

We start the project, keeping you up to date with each step involved with your project in our Buildertrend app. You can make any changes through the app such as selections and variations. 


Hand Over

You will be issued an Occupation certificate upon completion. The project is signed off on and a final hand over is carried out, leaving you with the home of your dreams.
