“After obtaining numerous quotes we felt most confident in Rowan and how he presented himself and his company, from there we engaged Rowan from Coastline Builders and designers to complete our large-scale renovation.
We were in a bit of a hurry due to the pregnancy of our 3rd child, dealing with Rowan during this what could have been a stressful time was very easy, Rowan and his team were able to deliver the job to us on time before the birth of our baby which we so grateful for.
We could never have thought that from the initial design meeting with Rowan and his architect Luke that they could transform our small 3 bedroom brick house to what it is today.
Rowan’s touch and design flare really helped us with the correct decision making throughout the build. Rowan’s knowledge of the building industry and best ways to construct or home blew us away.
Our home was recently judged the best home renovation in the Newcastle Region, and much to our delight it was also judged as the best house renovation in Australia.
